Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and

resource allocation.

• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communication of goals and

deliverables.

• Oversee all phases of IT projects, from initiation to deployment and post-

implementation review.

2. Technical Oversight:

• Provide expertise in software development, IT systems architecture, and network

infrastructure.

• Review and approve system designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Ensure integration and compatibility of software and hardware systems.

3. Team Management:

• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including software developers, system

administrators, and analysts.

• Assign tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet project milestones.
• Foster collaboration and maintain a high-performance team environment.

4. Stakeholder and Client Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with

business objectives.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and progress reports.

5. Budget and Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation.

• Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors and manage procurement

processes.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to timelines, costs, and resources.

6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet technical and

business standards.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data security policies, and industry

best practices.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum

Master) is preferred.

2. Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a

leadership role.

• Proven track record of delivering IT or software projects on time and within

budget.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and

software development lifecycles.

• Experience with IT systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud),

and network architecture.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS

Project).

• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards.
