Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team at Songdew.

In this role, you will develop and maintain scalable software solutions using Python, Django, RDBMS, NoSQL, and other frameworks.

You will collaborate with a team of developers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our platform's functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs or microservices.

Build and enhance backend systems using Django and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python and the Django framework.

- Implement and manage Django ORM for database interactions.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to enhance platform performance and scalability.

- Utilize version control tools like Git to manage and track code.

- Contribute to an agile development environment and collaborate effectively with engineers and designers.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institute.

- Experience : 2-3 years as a Software Engineer with a focus on backend development.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Python and Django with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and implementing Django ORM.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.

- Advanced knowledge of Python libraries for efficient development.
