The purpose of this role is to manage and analyse import and export data related to polymer products. Insights of the incumbent need to support our global trade operations and help streamline our supply chain processes
Key activities:
Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyse data related to import and export activities, including shipments, customs documentation, and compliance.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards on import/export performance metrics, trends, and anomalies.
Data Analysis: Identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in our import/export operations using data analysis tools.
Compliance: Ensure all import/export activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Assist in the preparation of documentation required for customs and trade compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics, procurement, and sales teams to gather data and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
System Management: Maintain and update databases and software systems related to import/export data. Implement best practices for data accuracy and security.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies in import/export transactions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Position's requirements:
Any graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within import/export, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems and data management platforms
