Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the design of user-friendly interfaces, considering user needs, behaviours, and feedback.
Create userflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Maintain and utilize our design system, ensuring consistency across projects.
Collaborate with the business team to translate business goals into compelling user experiences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Create and maintain design assets, including icons, graphics, and visual elements, in alignment with the client/products branding.
Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users to enhance product design.
Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and standards to ensure inclusivity for all users.
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma (The primary tool we use for interface design), Adobe Photoshop, and illustrator.
You are a pro at using auto layout, variants, components, and other Figma terminologies.
Hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong understanding of Material design guidelines and Human interface guidelines.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas and recommendations to a diverse range of clients.
Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
Solid knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
Plus & Nice to haves:
Knowledge & Experience in graphic design.
Experience with branding and logo design.
Experience in motion design using After Effects or Rive.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
