Job Description

 
  • Develop, maintain , and enhance product listings on Amazon, ensuring precise and consistent product details, images, and keywords.
  • Expertise in using flat files for creating and maintaining listings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely product restocking.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing courteous and effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently process FBA orders, ensuring accurate tracking and proper documentation.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Research competitor products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for gaining a competitive edge.
  • Optimize product listings by refining titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance visibility and appeal to the target audience.
  • Intimate understanding of PPC Campaigns, how to create them, how to optimize them and especially using campaign reports
  • Working knowledge of Brand Analytics and how to use various Brand Analytics reports.
  • Take leading role in development and support of our SaaS platform. This will require in creating requirements documents, mock ups and supporting our subscribers.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Availability to work during US time zones for seamless team and customer communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller c entral tools, including inventory management software, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Skilled in using online tools and software for product listing management, order processing, and customer communication.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and creating training videos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional interaction with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a talent for quickly addressing issues and finding effective solutions.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
