Key Responsibilities

ERP Development and Customization :

- Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and functionalities to meet client requirements.

- Customize ERP systems to support business processes and enhance performance.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and third-party systems.

Technical Leadership :

- Act as a technical expert for ERP-related projects, providing guidance on architecture and design

- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers in coding best practices and ERP-specific techniques.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Project Collaboration :

- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand client requirements.

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

- Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

System Optimization and Troubleshooting :

- Diagnose and resolve complex ERP issues related to performance, functionality, and scalability.

- Optimize existing ERP systems for improved efficiency and reliability.

Data Management :

- Oversee data migration efforts, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across ERP platforms.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on emerging ERP technologies, tools, and best practices.

- Identify opportunities to enhance ERP systems and processes within the organization.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

- Prepare technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.

- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training sessions for team members.

Qualifications

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- At least 5-8 years of experience in software development, with significant exposure to ERP systems.

- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex ERP projects.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (i.e., SQL, PostgreSQL) and ERP data structures.

- Experience with API development, REST/SOAP services, and middleware.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies (i.e., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory) :

- Relevant ERP certifications (i.e., SAP ABAP, Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Dynamics 365)

- Agile or Scrum certifications
