Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Expertise:
   
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various applications used in the life insurance industry, including application login processes, underwriting systems, and web portals.
2. Business and Technical Solutions:
   
• Develop and execute proposed business and technical solutions to address client needs effectively.
• Execute business requirements for technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical teams.
3. Requirement Analysis and Documentation:
   
• Assist development teams by clearly understanding requirements, reviewing estimations, and documenting the project scope.
• Define gaps in current systems and update implementation estimates as necessary.
4. Software Development Leadership:
   
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust software applications using Java and associated technologies.
• Provide technical direction and propose innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Work experience in business solutions development.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Java, Spring, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
