Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled React Developer with strong proficiency in RXJS to join our development team. You will be responsible for building dynamic, high-performance user interfaces and collaborating with back-end developers and designers to create a seamless, visually appealing user experience. Your deep understanding of React and RXJS will be crucial in optimizing our applications and ensuring scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Dynamic User Interfaces : Leverage React.js and RXJS to build responsive and user-friendly web applications that deliver exceptional performance and seamless user experiences.

State Management & Performance Optimization : Utilize advanced state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API) along with RXJS for efficient data flow and performance optimizations, particularly in large-scale applications.

Work with REST APIs : Integrate third-party services and REST APIs to create dynamic web applications that consume external data efficiently. You will be responsible for managing API calls, handling asynchronous operations, and ensuring minimal loading times.

Component-based Development : Design and build reusable, maintainable, and testable React components. You will ensure that the application is modular and can scale easily by adhering to best practices for component-driven development.

Cross-browser Compatibility : Ensure the application functions smoothly across different browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, by fixing any cross-browser compatibility issues.

Code Reviews & Collaboration : Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed, and collaborate closely with other team members (designers, backend developers, product managers) to define and refine features.

Testing & Debugging : Implement unit and integration tests (using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress) to ensure the quality and reliability of code. Use debugging tools to troubleshoot issues and fix bugs efficiently.

Agile Methodologies : Work within an Agile framework (Scrum or Kanban), ensuring that projects are completed on time, with clear communication and regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Mentoring Junior Developers : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and ensuring that they follow best practices and coding standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Strong Experience with React : At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js, including deep understanding of React hooks, functional components, and React Router.

Expertise in RXJS : Proficiency in using RXJS for reactive programming, handling streams of data, and managing complex asynchronous workflows in a clean and efficient manner.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript : Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with responsive design techniques (Flexbox, Grid) is a must.

Experience with REST APIs : Deep understanding of RESTful API principles and experience in integrating APIs into front-end applications. Ability to handle asynchronous requests with async/await and promise-based logic.

Third-party Libraries : Familiarity with commonly used JavaScript libraries like Axios, Lodash, Moment.js, and others to enhance productivity and application functionality.

Version Control Systems : Proficient in using Git for version control, managing branches, and collaborating with team members in a Git-based workflow (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

State Management : Strong knowledge of state management frameworks like Redux, Redux-Saga, or the Context API. Experience with managing large and complex state models is highly valued.

Responsive Design & CSS Frameworks : Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass/LESS and CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components, Emotion). Familiarity with popular front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI is a plus.

Testing Frameworks : Experience in writing tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and testing libraries like React Testing Library, or Cypress for end-to-end testing.

Understanding of Build Tools & CI/CD : Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and task runners like Gulp or Grunt. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, etc.).

Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to solve complex technical issues. Ability to work with minimal supervision and tackle challenging problems.

Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Should be comfortable collaborating with a team in an agile environment.

Desirable Skills (Optional) :

Experience with GraphQL : Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client.

Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) : Experience with SSR tools like Next.js or Gatsby.

Cloud Integration : Familiarity with deploying applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

UI/UX Design Knowledge : Understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers for pixel-perfect implementation.
