Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the development of effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and serving as a bridge between technical teams and business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of business operations within the banking or financial sector.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize operations and enhance service delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows to support project delivery.
Solution Development: Work closely with development and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that solutions meet user needs.
Testing Support: Assist in the development of test cases and testing strategies, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Change Management: Support change management initiatives by providing training and documentation to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could impact the organization s business processes and systems.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making, providing insights into business performance and operational metrics.
