We are looking for a reliable Stock Keeper to manage our inventory, handle the dispatch of goods, and ensure that stock levels are well-maintained. The Stock Keeper will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and tracking all stock-related activities in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities: Stock Management: Receive and inspect goods upon arrival. Organize and store stock in designated areas. Track stock levels and update records regularly. Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels. Identify and report any stock shortages or discrepancies.
Dispatch Work: Prepare orders for dispatch as per instructions. Pack and label goods properly before dispatch. Coordinate with delivery teams and ensure timely dispatch of goods. Maintain dispatch records, including dates and quantities.
Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of inventory management. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift and move heavy items. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory role is a plus.
