Key Responsibilities: Identify Potential Brands: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential brands aligned with the companys vision and values. Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders to establish trust and collaboration opportunities. Pitch & Negotiate: Craft compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value of partnering with our company, and negotiate terms to achieve win-win outcomes. Onboarding & Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new brand partners, ensuring seamless integration into our ecosystem. Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to provide actionable insights and refine acquisition strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align brand partnerships with the company's goals. Performance Tracking: Track and report the success of brand collaborations and continuously optimize approaches. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, brand partnerships, or a related role. Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer trends. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
