SocialPilot - Associate Product Manager (4-5 yrs)

- We are seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Growth:

- Collaborate with the product team to drive product growth while positively impacting product and business metrics.

- Identify opportunities to improve user engagement and product adoption.

Market and User Research:

- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competition, and user needs to inform product decisions.

- Translate insights into actionable strategies and product enhancements.

Sprint Planning and Feature Development:

- Plan and prioritize sprints for the development of new features and improvements.

- Collaborate on feature concepts, draft product briefs, and define requirements.

- Collaboration with Engineering and Design Teams:

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver desired product experiences.

- Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless and user-centric designs.

Product Monitoring and Analytics:

- Monitor product performance metrics using analytics tools to derive insights.

- Use data-driven approaches to evaluate feature success and identify areas for improvement.

Feature Launch and Iteration:

- Lead the launch of new features, test their performance, and iterate quickly based on feedback and data.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced software product company in roles such as Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Owner, or Associate Product Manager.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in setting up product monitoring systems and driving insights using data tools (e. , Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms). Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and technical workflows.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
