3D Motion Designer (Sports Products)

Overview

We are in search of a versatile and talented 3D Motion Designer with expertise in creating captivating visuals for sports products. As a 3D Motion Designer specializing in sports products, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, modelling, animating, and producing dynamic 3D videos showcasing a range of sports gear, including footballs, shoes, basketballs, and more. You will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to bring these products to life in immersive and engaging visual narratives.

Role & responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models of sports products such as footballs, shoes, basketballs, and related accessories, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

Apply textures, materials, and shaders to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.

Create compelling animations and motion graphics to showcase product features, performance, and design elements.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliverables, and to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

Utilize animation techniques to demonstrate product functionality, durability, and aesthetics in an engaging and informative manner.

Produce high-quality 3D videos and promotional content for various platforms including websites, social media, advertisements, and product launches.

Optimize 3D assets and animations for performance and compatibility across different devices and platforms.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D motion design and sports product visualization.

Reuirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Animation, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, or related field.

Proven experience as a 3D Motion Designer with a focus on sports products, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your modeling, animation, and video production skills.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation principles.

Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Effective communication skills and ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly.

Knowledge of sports equipment, gear, and related terminology is preferred.

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
