1.Converting the inbound English calls(U.S PAX) into a sales.
2.Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) with Airport Codes.
3.Responsible for providing clients with some of the best flight deals.
4.Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.°1. Must have experience on Destination Oriented calls & Generic Calls.
2. Proficient in Spanish speaking and writing.
3. Excellent Geographical knowledge of US.
4. Must be flexible with shift timing.°
