An innovative, multi-pronged GTM approach is critical to stand out and attract customers. The good part is that we are building a "pain-killer", as opposed to a "vitamin", which makes it much easier to sell and market. The pain is severe, the product is best in class, and the market is huge - it doesn't get better than this. We are selling to the mid-market and enterprise, with a fairly high touch sales process. We are setting up best-in-class sales machinery to scalably and predictably drive revenue.

Role & Responsibilities
About this role -
-We are building our marketing team and looking for folks excited to get their hands dirty in a 0 to 1 journey. If you are expecting a working playbook that you can scale, Zenskar is probably not the right fit for you at this point. However, if you are excited about creating the playbook from scratch, we would love to hear from you.
-You will partner with our product, tech, sales, and design teams to build, launch, and drive the adoption of Zenskar. You'll need to possess a strong drive, take ownership of your work, and have an insatiable desire to take action and make things happen.
-We are looking for a "full-stack" product marketer to lead and execute Zenskar's marketing goals. If you have the bandwidth, we would love for you to get involved with content marketing, growth marketing, and brand marketing efforts.
Your responsibility won't be limited to but will include the following:
- Develop a deep understanding of the users and their pain points through primary and secondary research.
- Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates an understanding of our customers' needs.
- Create and optimize various forms of product marketing collateral - website, one-pagers, demo decks, videos, case studies, battle cards, product newsletters, blogs, etc.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits.
- Engineering as Marketing - Create practical, accessible tools or resources (e.g., calculators, templates, extensions) to attract and engage the target audience, generate leads, and establish authority in the industry.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging and content creation for product and feature launches, while optimizing for revenue, win rates, product launch metrics, and organic lead generation.
- Conversion rate optimization - Drive CRO by analyzing user behavior, identifying areas of improvement across the marketing funnel, and implementing strategies to enhance conversions.
- Leverage A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine messaging, design, and user experiences for maximum impact.
- SEO strategy - Create the SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-site and off-site content, and collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with search engine best practices and target audience needs.
Outside Product Marketing:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies.
- Organize impactful webinars and offline events.
- Forge strategic partnerships to expand Zenskar's market presence and generate high-quality leads.
- Lead organic review campaigns on G2/Capterra/Gartner Peer Network.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role.
- Grit and curiosity to learn new topics in great depth.
- Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meaning avoiding enterprise jargon, adapting to the brand voice, and writing with the customer in mind.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking and marketing performance analytics, able to prove what is-or isn't-working.
- Excellent at identifying gaps and asking questions to find a solution (rather than waiting for a solution to fall into your lap).
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leading webinars or events.
- Strong work ethic and ownership. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects forward.
- Not taking yourself too seriously :)

- Experience catering to CFO persona.
- Familiarity with billing systems, CPQ, and accounting systems.
