Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma, HTML, and CSS to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create high-quality, user-centered designs and collaborate on the implementation of these designs into functional, responsive websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to translate business requirements and user feedback into effective design solutions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate user flows and design concepts.

- Develop responsive designs that are visually appealing and functional across different screen sizes and devices.

- Leverage HTML and CSS knowledge to ensure design feasibility and close collaboration with developers during implementation.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design concepts.

- Maintain design consistency by following design systems and best practices across all platforms.

- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and provide a cohesive user experience.

- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards to deliver innovative and modern designs.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating user-centered designs.

- Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces.

- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and other visual design assets.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

- Ability to create and implement design systems to maintain consistency across applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

- Familiarity with responsive web design and the ability to design for multiple screen sizes and devices.
