As we scale our presence on e-commerce platforms, we're looking for a data-driven Amazon Performance Analyst who can drive efficiency in advertising spends, uncover growth opportunities, and contribute to organic growth strategies.
Role Overview:
The Amazon Ads Performance Analyst will focus on:
1. Deep performance analysis of ad campaigns to identify spend leakages and underperforming areas.
2. Strategic growth opportunities using advanced Amazon tools like Amazon PI (Product Insights) and analytics.
3. Driving organic growth alongside paid campaigns by leveraging SEO, product positioning, and data-driven optimizations.
4. This role will ensure continuous improvement in our advertising investments and support company's long-term growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Ads Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct detailed audits of Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Identify areas of spend leakage and inefficiency and implement strategies to minimize wastage and improve ROI.
- Optimize keyword bidding, audience targeting, and product placements for maximum ad efficiency.
Advanced Insights Using Amazon Tools:
- Utilize Amazon PI and other advanced Amazon tools to analyze sales, performance trends, and category insights.
- Extract data-driven opportunities to optimize product positioning and capitalize on high-potential SKUs.
- Track competitor performance and identify gaps in ad strategies.
Organic Growth Contribution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid and organic strategies for a holistic growth approach.
- Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content) to improve organic ranking and visibility.
- Recommend strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer reviews.
Continuous Monitoring and Reporting:
- Perform periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement in ad efficiency.
- Present insightful reports with clear findings, areas for growth, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with Amazon Ads trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in Amazon Ads management, campaign analysis, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience working with Amazon PI or similar tools to derive actionable insights.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Ads (PPC campaigns, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable outcomes.
- Proficiency in improving organic visibility through Amazon SEO best practices.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise for data analysis and reporting.
