Job Description

Job Description: Sales Operations and Support Specialist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations and Support Specialist. This role involves providing comprehensive support for institutional sales, ensuring smooth operations across various functions such as sales coordination, asset management, customer support, sharing reports and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Operations Support:
    • Assist in the creation and management of Proforma Invoices (PI) and other sales-related documents.
    • Provide operational support to the sales team to streamline processes and achieve targets.

  1. Asset Management:
    • Coordinate the movement of assets (machines) between customers and vendors.
    • Maintain accurate records of asset locations and ensure timely dispatch and returns.

  1. Customer Coordination and Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Provide after-sales support, addressing concerns related to products, services, and invoices.

  1. Invoice and Payment Follow-Up:
    • Track invoices and follow up with customers for payments to ensure timely closure of financial transactions.

  1. Delivery and Product Information:
    • Share product details and delivery schedules with customers, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

  1. Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle various administrative responsibilities related to institutional sales.
    • Maintain records, update databases, and prepare reports as required.
    • Maintain customer agreements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, customer support, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in institutional or B2B sales operations.
  • Knowledge of asset management and logistics coordination.
