Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Writing & Strategy:
Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for blogs, website, newsletters, and social media.
Write and optimize copy for all marketing materials, including landing pages, advertisements, and email campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and post content across social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations with the audience.
Develop social media strategies that align with the companys marketing goals and brand tone.
Monitor and report on social media performance and KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, etc.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize channel effectiveness.
Lead Generation:
Design and implement social media campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing qualified prospects.
Use targeted social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive lead-generation efforts.
Create and optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and forms.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads.
Build and manage email lists, ensure data hygiene, and segment audiences for better-targeted campaigns.
Analyze email performance and optimize subject lines, content, and design to maximize open and click-through rates.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on all digital marketing activities, focusing on content performance, lead generation, and social media KPIs.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Recommend strategies for optimization based on campaign performance and data analysis.
Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channel
Strong content writing and storytelling skills with a keen understanding of SEO principles.
Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Solid understanding of lead generation strategies and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
