Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of Financial/Accounting duties and projects of the company.
• Assisting in preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
• Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business by ensuring that SOPs are being followed.
• Being proactive in dispute resolution and reconciliation coordination.
• Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization by closing working with teams on aging reports.
• Providing training to staff members regarding financial/recording processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3 plus years of experience in a senior financial/accounting position.
• A good understanding of Accounts management obligations.
• Ability to resolve vendor/customer disputes when required.
• Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and Team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to work independently
