Skylark Drones - Enterprise Marketing Lead (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement B2B marketing campaigns that target enterprise clients, including content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), email campaigns, and events.

2. Work closely with sales teams to develop collateral, presentations, and case studies tailored for different stages of the sales cycle.

3. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing efforts.

4. Develop thought leadership content (e.g., whitepapers, webinars) to position the company as an industry leader.

5. Lead the development of account-based marketing strategies to target specific enterprise accounts.

6. Track and report on campaign performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

7. Maintain a deep understanding of target industry trends and competitors to refine positioning and messaging.

8. Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and build relationships.

Skills Required:

1. Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, including ABM and content marketing.

2. Ability to work with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives.

3. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms - Hubspot.

4. Excellent communication skills for creating high-quality content and presentations.

5. Strong project management skills to oversee campaigns from inception to execution.

6. Strong Design sense and content creation ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in enterprise marketing, particularly in industries like SaaS, technology, or industrial services.

2. Understanding of the sales cycle for enterprise-level deals.

3. Familiarity with tools used for lead nurturing, marketing analytics, and event management.

4. Experience in working with early/growth stage startups.

5. Gone thru 0-1 journey with technology startups.
