Raw Material Store Incharge

1. Supervise and manage the recieving, storage and issuance of raw materials, components and semi finished goods in the manufacturing unit.

2. Oversee proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials in compliance with safety standards.

3. Maintaining inward & outward data to monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.

4. Checking the material received as per the invoice or challan, making GRN

5. Ability to control wastage of material issued

6. Optimize storage space and ensure systematic arrangement of materials for easy access.

7. Knowledge of first-in first-out

8. Ensure proper documentation of goods received and reconcile invoices with purchase orders.

9. Coordinate with the production team to ensure a seamless flow of materials as per production schedules.

10. Lead and train store personnel for efficient operations and adherence to SOPs.
