Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project plans. Must coordinate with workers, contractors, and management for smooth project execution. The candidate must be willing to travel as we have projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site visit for recce and all other measurements.
• To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis & update same to ensure timely completion of project site.
• Make daily site reports
• Control and monitor labour, material, and equipment, and all related matters.
• Coordinate with Purchase Team,Main Office and Accounts Team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Diploma/Degree in related field preferred.
• Should have worked on interior projects
• Should be able to use AutoCadd & basic MS Office
• Willingness to travel across the country as per project requirements.
