Lead - Sales
Job Description:
At SISA, we are in hypergrowth mode, and our Leadership team is driving us through the cybersecurity domain in pursuit of excellence and revenue achievements. We now come to you with the Senior Manager Sales role, who would navigate this journey for us. He / She will be driving Sales activities to ensure that the P&L goals of SISA are achieved.
He/she will also provide the successful performance and profit generation of the company by overseeing strategic revenue growth and planning, and market expansion by building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Nature of assignment:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Grow, train, and manage a regional sales team, including developing solution-wise sales strategies and matrixes for analyzing sales performance.
- Define the annual sales strategy and roadmap and pivot with leadership objectives on go-to market strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Create accountability within the sales teams by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics.
- Define Marketing Strategies to create a robust revenue pipeline.
- Develop and implement robust sales management processes - pipeline, account planning, and proposals.
- Engage cross-functional win/win relationships and teams to execute the strategy and plan toward meeting brand promises.
- Support the new business development and BU leaders in establishing thought leadership, brand preference, market development, presentations, and proposals in the pursuit of new business.
- Developing and communicating growth strategies with the Sales Leadership team.
- Setting up the process of pricing the offering.
- Unifying processes to offer the customer the best experience possible, which keeps them coming back.
- Integrating sales and marketing, as well as any other process that maximizes the returns on marketing investment.
- Maintaining communication and relationships across organizational functions to work with different departments and manage the revenue generation through those departments.
- Identifying micro-markets and creating specific products targeting those markets.
- Creating a pricing strategy to target those micro-markets so that the highest possible return is generated.
- Monitoring all the revenue streams and adjusting as necessary.
- Forecasting revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly.
- Managing all revenue channel development and introducing new sales channels and partners.
Skills Requirements:
- Overall 15+ years' experience in sustainable revenue generation role as Sales Leader in a robust growing organization.
- MBA from a reputed business school.
- 10+ years background in B2B IT Sales which includes but not limited to IT Products, IT Services, PaaS, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, Data Centers, ERP Solutions etc.
- 5+ years in the Sales Leadership level.
- Proven expertise in Sales Hunting strategy development.
- Minimum 10+ years in handling Sales & teams across multiple levels.
- Cybersecurity Experience & certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM is an an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and business development strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Expertise in market analysis, segmentation, and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools, marketing automation, and business intelligence software.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of sales professionals or business development associates, providing coaching, guidance, and performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture, motivating the team to exceed targets and deliver results.
New Business Development:
- Lead the identification of high-potential markets, clients, and opportunities in line with the company's overall business strategy.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target industries and sectors.
- Create, implement, and manage a proactive strategy for prospecting and winning new clients.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, and negotiation, to closing deals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy that aligns with company growth goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and brand presence in target markets.
- Set clear objectives and sales targets for new business acquisitions and actively track progress.

- Able to identify market opportunities, think creatively, and execute plans to win new business.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, internal stakeholders, and partners.
