Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Gain feedback from internal customers about computer usage.
Maintain and manage company infrastructure, such, Storage, backup, network, etc.
Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
Work experience:
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
Endpoint management with Microsoft Intune
Proficiency with all current versions of Windows (including installations and general support)
Office tools
Office 365 administration
Windows servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Network and switch management
Firewall management
Knowledge of backup systems
PowerShell and batch scripting
Skills:
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize issues
Excellent teamwork and customer relations skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsible, reliable and loyal.
