Position: Business Analyst (Founder's office)
A highly analytical and detail-oriented professional, skilled in partnering with the CEO to drive high-priority strategic initiatives. Experienced in managing and executing projects across various functions to align with company objectives. Proficient in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing workflows. Able to collaborate effectively with leadership teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Focused on delivering results that support the company's growth and long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the CEO on high-priority strategic initiatives and projects, providing research, analysis, and actionable insights.
2. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery across departments.
5. Assist in decision-making by providing critical insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
6. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic updates for the CEO and executive team.
7. Monitor progress on key initiatives, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing any challenges or roadblocks.
Skills
1. Proficiency in MS Office particularly in MS Excel
2. Excellent Analytical Ability
3. Past experience in data reporting and SQL will be a plus
4. Ability to manage time and hit deadlines; open to work in a startup
5. Attention to detail
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master Degree ( BCom, BE, BTech, BCA, MCA, Mcom or MBA)
2+ years in a related field
