Job Title: Principal Engineer - Full Stack

Job Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description:

Roles responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Python C/C++ based applications and tools for Pallet SDK.
Architect robust Docker-based solutions
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Conduct in-depth code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive improvements in software quality and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in Python and C/C++ programming and software development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire team members.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in software engineering practices.

Good to have:

Deep expertise in Docker containers, container orchestration (e.g Kubernetes, Fargate, ECS), and cloud-native technologies
Proven proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
Experience with GStreamer pipelines for multimedia processing is highly desirable.
