Were not looking for someone to “manage posts.” We need a Senior Social Media Manager who can handle 10+ brands, each with their own voice, goals, and KPIs. This is a high-intensity, high-reward role for someone who can manage multiple deadlines, drive strategy, create content, and coordinate with design/SEO—all without dropping the ball.

You’ll be the single point of ownership for everything related to social media across SilverXis and its client accounts, including execution, scheduling, reporting, and communication.

This is not a junior job. You’ll be expected to lead from the front, make decisions, prioritize tasks, and act like the owner of your own department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and executing monthly social media marketing strategy plans for all our internal brands and clients to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Create social content calendars for multiple brands, ensuring consistency, engagement, and brand voice across all platforms.
• Lead content creation efforts to ensure all social calendars are high-quality, on-brand, and meet expectations.
• Work with designers to create visually appealing graphics and visual content to complement social media posts.
• Draft compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and is in alignment with each brand’s voice
• Occasionally act as Community Manager for multiple client accounts, with support from coordinators, by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering a sense of community across social platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather relevant information for content creation and stay up-to-date with brand updates and initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to optimize results.
• Regularly perform online research on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional client-facing support, addressing inquiries and concerns and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager with at least 3 years being in an agency setting
• 3 years of experience executing social media strategies for U.S brands and U.S audiences
• Must have experience working with both B2B and B2C brands
• Proven ability to manage clients' entire end-to-end social media operations across various industries, audiences, markets, services, and product types.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that regularly meet or exceed KPIs
• Experienced on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X(Twitter), Pinterest, and more. Must provide proof in portfoio
• A solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and ability to interpret reporting and optimize as necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and social media management platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using design tools and apps to create enticing social media content when necessary
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Fluent in English communication (written and spoken), able to work directly with U.S.-based stakeholders with native-level clarity.
