Technical Project Manager - .Net Technologies (8-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager with expertise in .NET technology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing software development projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing .NET development projects, possess strong technical and leadership skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Required Skillset : Project Management, Agile Methodology, Scrum, Hybrid Project Management, Project Scheduling, End-to-End Project Delivery, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Job Description :

- Manage software development projects using .NET technology from inception to delivery.

- Work with clients and stakeholders to determine project requirements and establish project timelines.

- Migrate projects from old technology to newer .Net applications.

- Develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.

- Lead project teams and provide direction, guidance, and motivation to team members.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to project stakeholders.

- Strong coding experience background

- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure that all team members are informed of project progress.

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Individual development and coding 50%, technical project management 50%

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on .NET technology.

- Proven ability to manage software development projects from inception to delivery.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.

- Familiarity with software development processes and quality assurance principles.
