We are seeking an experienced and proactive CRM Technology Associate with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing our CRM and broader technology ecosystem. This role bridges technology and operations, focusing on streamlining processes, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. The Operations Technology Manager will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive process improvements and support marketing campaigns through strategic use of our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline & Process Management:
Map and optimize end-to-end processes across tools (CRM, project management, communications platforms) to identify integration opportunities.
Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize pipelines and associated processes to improve conversion rates and streamline sales cycles.
Oversee multiple sales and business pipelines in CRM, ensuring smooth operation, accurate tracking, and efficient lead management.
Technology & Workflow Automation:
Evaluate and recommend new tools/technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Design, build, and manage cross-tool workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve response times.
Monitor tool adoption metrics and optimize based on usage patterns.
Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging available technology stack.
Data Integrity & System Integration:
Maintain data accuracy and consistency across the entire technology stack.
Create and enforce data hygiene best practices across all operational tools.
Oversee integrations between CRM and other systems (marketing platforms, ERP, analytics tools).
Collaborate with IT on tool configurations, security requirements, and access management.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop dashboards that provide insights into pipeline health, team performance, and tool usage metrics.
Generate actionable insights from cross-platform data to support decision-making.
Assess ROI of existing tools and recommend consolidation where appropriate.
Marketing Support & Process Optimization:
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Track campaign performance across tools, providing recommendations for optimization.
Create documentation and SOPs for tool usage and integrated processes.
Develop customer journey maps to identify automation opportunities.
Training & Support & Collaboration:
Provide training on CRM and integrated tools to ensure effective cross-platform usage.
Serve as primary point of contact for technology stack optimization and improvements.
Foster collaboration between teams to maximize tool adoption and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of experience with CRM systems and operational technology stack
Experience managing complex sales pipelines and cross-tool workflows
Strong understanding of API integrations and middleware solutions
Knowledge of data management principles across multiple platforms
Experience with process optimization and operations improvement
Familiarity with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cross-platform data
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach to problem-solving
