Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Develop and maintain a robust presence across social media platforms.

Campaign Management:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with ROI and KPI objectives.
• Identify trends, gather insights, and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Content Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging landing pages and improve user experience.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content for multiple platforms.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze the customer journey and evaluate touchpoints across all channels.
• Optimize conversion rates and user funnels based on data insights.

SEO and SEM:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google and Bing.

Social Media:

• Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage, monitor, and grow social media channels effectively.

Email Marketing:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to foster customer engagement and drive sales.
• Track and report on the performance of email campaigns.

Budget Management:

• Allocate marketing budgets strategically across channels to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report budget utilization and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 9 years in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
• Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
