We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Data Administrator to manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM system. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our CRM data, support marketing and sales teams with data-driven insights, and optimize the use of HubSpot to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Management and Maintenance:
- Regularly update and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Import and export data as needed, ensuring data consistency and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage duplicates, outdated records, and data integrity issues.
System Administration:
- Configure and customize HubSpot CRM settings to align with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement and manage user access controls and permissions.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and distribute regular reports on CRM data metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data analysis.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to support business objectives.
Support and Training:
- Assist marketing, sales, and customer service teams with CRM-related queries and issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support for existing users.
- Document CRM processes and best practices.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM Data Administrator, preferably with HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- HubSpot certification(s).
- Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills.
