Hiring for International Banking Process- Voice Customer Service Role

Looking for people with minimum one year relevant experience in International Voice process

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide voice support for international transactions and payments
• Assist with KYC, fraud-related issues, and technical troubleshooting
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain compliance with security and data privacy regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of customer service experience - Voice
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong command of grammar and syntax
• Work location : TELUS International, Candor TechSpace, Sector 135, Noida
• Candidates should be okay with the work from office role
• Should be comfortable with night shifts
• Enjoys a flexible working schedule
