Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Oracle ERP Technical Developer to join our team and contribute to developing and customizing the Oracle ERP system.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and expertise in Oracle ERP modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Project and Portfolio Management, and Procurement.
The Oracle ERP Technical Developer will design, code, test, and implement enhancements and modifications to meet business requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. General Ledger:
- Develop the General Ledger module to meet specific accounting and reporting requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain interfaces for data integration between the General Ledger module and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the General Ledger
2. Accounts Payable :
- Customize Develop Accounts Payable module to streamline invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.
- Design, implement, and maintain interfaces for data exchange between the Accounts Payable module and other systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for Accounts Payable processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Accounts Payable
3. Fixed Assets :
- Develop a Fixed Assets module for efficient asset management, depreciation calculations, and reporting.
- Design, implement, and maintain interfaces for data exchange between the Fixed Assets module and other systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for Fixed Assets processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Fixed Assets module.
4. Cash Management :
- Develop a Cash Management module to optimize cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and cash flow analysis.
- Design, implement, and maintain interfaces for data exchange between the Cash Management module and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Cash Management module.
5. Accounts Receivable :
- Develop Accounts Receivable module to streamline customer invoicing, credit management, and collections processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain interfaces for data exchange between the Accounts Receivable module and other systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for Accounts Receivable processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Accounts Receivable module.
6. Project Portfolio Management:
- Develop a Project Portfolio Management module to meet project accounting and reporting needs.
- Design, implement, and maintain interfaces for data exchange between the Project Portfolio Management module and other systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for Project Portfolio Management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Project Portfolio Management module.
7. Procurement :
- Develop a Procurement module to automate procurement processes, supplier management, and purchase order processing.
- Design, implement, and maintain interfaces for data exchange between the Procurement module and other systems.
- Determine the most effective integration method based on requirements.
- Work with functional leads to document requirements
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for Procurement processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Procurement module.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Oracle ERP development, specifically in the mentioned modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
- Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle BI Publisher is a plus.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle ERP development (optional but preferred).
