Job Description
Plan, prepare and implement firewall, network security device s change and incidents that are requested by clients as per the Change Management framework defined by the company. Troubleshooting and resolving security, service and devices related incidents, and provide RCAs whenever required as per Incident Management framework defined by company. Deploy, and configuration different network solutions as per the client requirements.
Responsibilities
Ability to work independently and confidently on single or multiple projects
Data centre and client network security operations and management for NGFW (Palo Alto/Checkpoint/Fortinet/Cisco ASA/Juniper etc.) security devices.
Successful application and operations of technologies such as IPS/IDS/UTM, Cloud Network and Infrastructure with troubleshooting and management.
Mentor and shadow Associates/Freshers.
Create and plan documentations, RFCs, SOPs as required by the team.
Ability to use and configure availability monitoring tools such as Nagios/PRTG/SolarWinds/Algosec etc.
Coordinate and communicate with client team, Internal business units and vendors for change implementation for required product support.

Essential Skills
Hands on experience (Configuration and troubleshooting) on any 2 or more firewall vendors like Cisco ASA, Juniper, Palo Alto, FortiGate, Checkpoint. In-depth knowledge of OSI Layers, Internet Protocol, TCP/IP, NAT, and basic network concepts. Technically strong in troubleshooting and resolving any incidents (Standard network issues, Layer 7/network security related issues) with methodical approach. Excellent problem solving, analytical & communication skills. Ability to work independently and confidently. Strong communication skills to achieve effective interaction with clients, teammembers, and management. Ability to configure and troubleshoot on Remote access VPN, site-to-site VPN, Clientless VPN related issues Good in Microsoft Visio & Microsoft Office Suite skills. Must be able to own the responsibility of product and services (In-house and Client) in networks and security devices Management

Educational Requirements & Experience
Experience 1 to 4 Years Education: BE-Computer Science/IT OR MCA OR University degree equivalent Certification - CCNA/CCSA/NSE, CheckPoint/Palo Alto/Cisco (ASA, RnS, Security)/ Fortinet/ Juniper Certified. (Any one or more is preferred.
