Internal Controls & MIS
v Review thecompanys existing process for evaluation of risks and identification of looseinternal controls, suggest and implement requisite changes, if any.
v Supervise theprocess of defining and documenting the SOPs of work processes.
v Designing,updation and implementation of the ManagementInformation System (MIS) and ensure regular reporting of same.
Book Keeping
v Overallsupervision of Finance & Accounts team.
v Supervise the preparationand conclusion of the financial statements, including monthly and annualaccounts.
v Finalcoordination at the senior level of Statutory auditor and Internal auditor.
v Seek help ofexperts such as Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Consultants, etc. as perneeds.
