Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lesson plans for classes, ensuring effective communication with students.
  
• Deliver engaging lectures to students, incorporating interactive activities and assessments.
  
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of teaching experience in a similar role (Hindi teacher).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Hindi or related field (B.A) followed by Master's degree in Education (B.Ed).
  
• Strong knowledge of Hindi language grammar rules, vocabulary, literature, and pedagogy.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt instruction methods for diverse learners.
