Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production workflows
- Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality products
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards
- Operational Efficiency:Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Resource Management:Manage human and material resources effectively to meet production targets
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials
- Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the factory
- Implement safety training programs and initiatives to maintain a safe working environment
- Equipment Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance of production machinery and equipment
- Schedule regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns
- Budget Management:Develop and manage the factory budget, monitoring expenses and controlling costs
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality
- Team Leadership:Lead and motivate factory personnel, fostering a positive and productive work culture
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the factory
- Initiate and lead projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management
