This includes listing out content ideas, creating content via Canva, Photoshop, Video Editing Apps. 2. Schedule Content Create content calendar after brainstorming different ideas along with the teams and get approvals by our respective Team & Project heads. 3. Brand Building - Understand the Brand value of Showtime and assist in building a brand presence online. Track and report on brand mentions, shares, and partnerships developed through social efforts. 4. Internal Community Management Managing the Showtimes internal community by creating content for our Emailer sent. This may include Festivals, Celebrations, Parties, Important Announcements etc. 5. Audience Engagement - Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively participating in conversations and discussions. Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty. 6. Engagement Metrics - Look after the engagement metrics for various social media platforms. Track the increase in likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement rate by X% monthly. 7. Content Output - Number of posts & stories published per platform per week (e.g., 3-5 posts/week and 6-7 stories/week) 8. Maintain Consistency Being on top of the work & updated with industry trends. Daily Make a list of 5 trends for Instagram reels & LinkedIn posts. Weekly Shoot content as per the content calendar Monthly Track progress made, make performance reports with actionable insights. 9.
