HR MANAGER
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and support our operational HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will provide support in payroll, compliance, legal, PF, and ESI matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
4. Build and maintain relationships with job portals, and other recruitment channels.
5. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and labour laws.
6. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
Operations:
1. Provide support in payroll processing, including salary disbursement, tax deductions, and compliance.
2. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
3. Manage employee data, including maintenance of personnel files and records.
4. Provide support in employee on boarding, training, and development programs.
5. Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing employee welfare programs.
6. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
7. Provide support in managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.
Requirements:
1. Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operational HR.
3. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
4. Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
7. Proficient in MS Office and other recruitment tools.
