Position: Video Editor Cum Marketing Assistant
Reports To: Marketing Head

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor cum Marketing Assistant to join our team. The role combines expertise in video editing with proficiency in digital marketing, making it ideal for a dynamic professional who can balance creativity with strategy. The primary focus will be on video editing, complemented by digital marketing tasks to support the companys marketing objectives.

An ideal candidate with strong expertise in video editing and a solid understanding of digital marketing will be highly preferred. However, these responsibilities can also be divided into two distinct roles, with one individual focusing on video editing and another on marketing assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other advanced software.
2. Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling and engagement.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop multimedia content aligned with branding and campaign goals.
4. Manage and optimize social media profiles, implementing Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to increase engagement and reach.
5. Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives, including keyword research and content optimization, to enhance online visibility.
6. Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, to drive traffic and conversions.
7. Coordinate with external marketing agencies for content creation, campaign planning, and performance reviews.
8. Track and analyze the performance of video content and digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
9. Assist the Marketing Head in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
10. Manage and mentor a small team of marketing executives, fostering collaboration and timely delivery of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SMM, SMO, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with paid ad platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage small teams.
• Certification in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
