ServiceNow Integration Developer (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Development :

- Design, develop, and implement integrations using ServiceNow's Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.

- Leverage technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, and Jelly Script to build robust integrations.

- Configure and customize integration flows to meet specific business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

ServiceNow Configuration :

- Configure ServiceNow core modules, including Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and Workflow.

- Develop custom scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions) to automate tasks and enhance user experience.

- Create and customize ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and homepages.

- Implement data security measures using control rules and domain separation.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Jelly Script.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integration frameworks and technologies.

- Experience with Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow certifications (i.e., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).

- Experience with other ITSM tools (i.e., Remedy, BMC).

- Knowledge of cloud technologies (i.e., AWS, Azure)
