Seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, particularly in a Industrial process automation solutions environment, and will be responsible for driving growth through proactive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Targets will be on gross profits and Quarterly sales targets. Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods. Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can solve their business challenges. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads, managing prospects, and driving sales closures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce CRM.
Must-Have Skills: 2-3 years of outbound sales experience with an enterprise organisation in a B2B or B2C background. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers. Must be fluent in professional working languages Hindi and English . Knowledge of other languages would be a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape w.r.t process industry.
