Job Description
- Customization & Development:

- Customize and extend ERPNext modules to meet the specific needs of various industries.
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities within the ERPNext framework.
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and external systems.
- Design, code, test, and deploy ERPNext solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Manage and optimize ERPNext databases to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth transitions during Frappe and ERPNext upgrades, maintaining the integrity of customizations.
- Implementation & Support
- Implement ERPNext solutions, including installation, configuration, data migration, and customization based on client-specific requirements.
- Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving issues related to ERPNext functionality.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve reported problems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure proper utilization of the ERPNext system.
- Documentation & Best Practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ERPNext customizations and workflows.
- Document configurations and changes for reference and training purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features, modules, and technologies, recommending system improvements and best practices.
Qualifications Preffred
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of extensive experience in ERPNext development and Frappe framework.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development, including API integration.
- Familiarity with ERPNext architecture, modules, and customization.
- Experience with MySQL/MariaDB, Docker, Nginx, CI/CD, Redis, Node.js, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows operating systems and version control tools like Bitbucket.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to write efficient and reusable code, ensuring smooth transitions during system upgrades.
- Willingness to travel to Dubai for onsite project coordination and implementation as needed.
- ERPNext certification.
- Experience in developing ERPNext applications for domains such as Manufacturing, CRM, Inventory, HR, and Project Management.
