Implement and manage SAP procurement modules (MM, SRM) to ensure efficient purchasing processes Develop and maintain procurement workflows, policies, and procedures within the SAP environment. Analyze procurement data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve procurement strategies. Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, and inventory management (Warehouse), to align procurement activities with company objectives. Provide training and support to procurement staff on SAP functionalities and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in the procurement process. Monitor and evaluate SAP system performance, implementing improvements as needed.

Required Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP in a procurement role, preferably within the spare parts or heavy equipment industry. In-depth knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) modules. Familiarity with e-procurement tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP certification is a plus.
