Role & responsibilities

Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules.

• Prepare the daily reports of the staff and submit them to the management.
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of private estates.
• Price comparison for the services and obtaining.
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiation.
• Quality control.
• Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets.
• Always instruct the staff for cleaning, hygiene, and sanitization all around the area.
• Space management and time management with staff.
• Event planning and coordination with vendors such as catering services, and décors to ensure that all functions run smoothly.
