Job Description
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the MSSP business unit.
- Identify and prioritize service offerings, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), SOC-as-a-Service, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and marketing initiatives to promote MSSP services.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to create a robust partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise during client pitches.
- Establish and oversee a Security Operations Center (SOC) with 24x7 capabilities.
- Define and implement best practices, SLAs, and KPIs for service delivery.
- Ensure regulatory and standards compliance, including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, or other relevant frameworks.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including SOC analysts, threat hunters, incident responders, and GRC professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the MSSP team.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize cutting-edge tools and technologies, such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and cloud security platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and ensure the MSSP remains ahead of the threat landscape.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing tailored security solutions and actionable insights.
- Conduct periodic reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction, adjust strategies, and demonstrate the value of MSSP services.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in leadership roles within MSSP or similar environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling cybersecurity services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
