We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python trainer to join our team and help aspiring

developers reach advanced levels of proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive Python training programs,

• Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety

of teaching methods, including lectures, hands-on exercises, and practical projects.

• Mentorship and Guidance: Provide personalized mentorship and guidance to students,

• Skill Assessment and Evaluation: Assess students' progress through regular evaluations,

quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback to improve their performance.

• Placement Preparation: Prepare students for job interviews by conducting mock interviews,

reviewing resumes, and providing guidance on technical interview questions and problem-

solving techniques.

• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Python

and the broader tech industry, incorporating relevant industry best practices into training

programs.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with the training team and other stakeholders to ensure the

overall effectiveness of the training programs and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Strong Python Proficiency: Proven expertise in Python programming, including core

concepts, data structures, algorithms, and advanced topics like object-oriented

programming, functional programming, and asynchronous programming.

• Teaching Experience: More than 1 year of experience in training individuals or groups in

Python programming, preferably in a classroom or online setting.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to helping

students succeed.

• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help students

overcome challenges and find creative solutions.

• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the current job market and the skills required

for successful Python developer roles.
