Product Owner-Digital Logistics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our logistics platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our logistic operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Own the product backlog and prioritize needs based on changing requirements, market trends, and customer feedback.
Oversee the development stages, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure successful execution of product strategies.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product functionalities and requirements.
Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to identify enhancements to existing solutions or opportunities for new product offerings.
Lead sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and demos to drive the agile development process.
Measure product performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Ensure the product meets high standards of reliability and usability.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in the logistics or tech industry.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
Experience with logistics software or platforms is highly desirable.
