**Position Overview**:

Seventh Sky Tours and Travels is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Tour Consultant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft personalized travel experiences for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.

- **Itinerary Planning**: Design customized travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, and activities.

- **Sales**: Promote and sell our range of tour packages, including Swagat 2 Turkey, our specialized brand for Turkey tours.

- **Coordination**: Work closely with vendors, airlines, and hotels to ensure seamless travel arrangements.

- **Customer Support**: Address client queries and provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure satisfaction.

*Job Role*

Plan and curate holiday packages for clients based on their requirements, budget, and preferences.

Develop itineraries for outbound tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving any issues that may arise during the trip.

Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless execution of tour operations.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in travel and tourism is preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, including Turkey and Vietnam, is an advantage.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service; fluency in English language required.

- Proficiency in MS Office
